Backed by decades of expertise and guided by an innovative spirit since 1994, our teams are shaping the future of our solutions with cutting-edge technologies and fresh ideas, with the first milestone set for 2026 as part of an exciting multi-phase rollout. Meanwhile, our commitment to enhancing the current version remains strong, as we continue to add powerful new features based on customer feedback—starting with the upcoming release of Steel Projects 2025i, available Monday, October 27, for all customers subscribed to our SMART Program.
Among its many improvements, it will feature the following:
✅ Connectors: improved link with external software including Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and various ERP systems.
✅ Section nesting: improved algorithm allowing to limit the number of programs and then optimize the times spent changing tools.
✅ Improved management of reference weights.
✅ Sequencing (one essential aspect of scheduling, soon fully available in Steel Projects): definition of priorities and workloads for each workstation in order to plan the work to be done.
✅ Complete management of subcontracting with associated shipments.
✅ Live production monitoring: display of complete details for partial quantities tracked in order to know the assemblies ready to be fitted.
✅ Palletizing: new features for automatic sorting and unloading on plate machines.
✅ Stocks: more possibilities for products stock management, more features for stock management using mobile devices.
✅ Compatibility with the latest FICEP S.p.A. machines including the Gemini laser and the pipe cutting option for plates machines.
✅ Dashboard to organize and schedule shipments.
