Features

Shipping organization

Group parts into shipping batches and shipments based on project, delivery date, destination, etc. Automatically generate packing lists with quantities, weights, and part references. Include bundling or palletizing information (e.g., bundle ID, weight per bundle).

Load Planning & Organization

Optimize truck loads based on weight, volume, or unloading sequence. Plan multiple transports, shipments, packing preparations per day, week, month. Assign delivery dates, vehicles, drivers, and routes. Manage and follow incoming and outcoming shipments with desired dates and customizable tracking.

Tracking of Shipped Items

Track each part, assembly, package by unique ID or barcode. Know which parts have been prepared, checked, shipped or delivered, and which are late. Prevent missing or duplicated items at delivery.

Labeling & Identification

Generate shipping labels with QR codes, barcodes, bundle numbers, or project codes.
Labels can include destination, part type, customer, or unloading sequence. Install printers in the shipping section if needed.

Documentation & Compliance

Automatically generate shipping documents: delivery notes, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations (if applicable). Support compliance with traceability standards (e.g., EN 1090 in Europe).

Integration with SP Production Module

Interface with the SP Production module to ensure only available/finished parts are prepared for shipping and avoid shipping unprocessed or incomplete assemblies. Send feedback to track this step of the process in the software.

Subcontracting management

Assign specific parts or assemblies to external subcontractors for processing (e.g., painting, galvanizing, machining, etc.). Track outgoing and incoming shipments to/from subcontractors, with full traceability and timestamps. Generate delivery slips, return documentation, and link to associated purchase orders. Ensure subcontracted parts are excluded from direct-to-site shipments until returned and approved, avoiding costly errors.

Erection site follow-up

Track the arrival, unloading, and installation status of each part or assembly at the job site. Ensure real-time visibility into what has been delivered, what is still in transit, and what has already been installed. Site crews can scan part labels (QR/barcode) on arrival to automatically update the system. Identify missing or delayed components, improving coordination between logistics, subcontractors, and erection teams.
